Travel and Outdoor Clothing Company, Launches ‘World Wide Wear’ Online Shop

Craghoppers, the travel and outdoor clothing company, has launched its unique on-line shopping website to open up a new direct channel for its customers via the Internet (at http://www.craghoppers.com).

The new web site, designed and built by Screen Pages (http://www.screenpages.com), complements the mail order division of Craghoppers, offering a printed mail order catalogue, where customers can order by telephone via the in-house call centre. Split into three divisions – wholesale, concessions and mail order, Craghoppers has been pioneering travel, outdoor and adventure clothing, bringing the latest fabric technologies to the consumer in attractive, comfortable and practical styles with a sensible price tag.

It is the first website in the UK outdoor clothing industry that holds a “changing room“ facility where the user can mix and match complete outfits. This enables the shopper to choose from the colourful and versatile range of clothes and co-ordinate a wardrobe of outdoor clothing for holidays abroad, weekends or leisure wear.

The website is fully transactional, enabling customers to browse the product range, make purchases, order catalogues, as well as locate individual stockists around the country.
