As a Travel Consultant you will be working in a demanding and challenging environment where it is a necessity to be both proactive and reactive, while remaining calm and having the ability to cope professionally under pressure. If you are someone that can function in a team as an extremely flexible and adaptable person that copes with many different working environments, different clients and still adhere to correct policies and procedures in every instance then we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Travel Consultant and ATTTO level 3 & 4 and/or IATA/UFTAA ticketing qualifications. You will also have experience in a sales related role with strong customer service skills.
Equally importantly you will have the confidence to enable relationship building and possess the personality to influence others to provide information and to make things happen in our dynamic team environment.
